What is competitor analysis? Conduct a comparison of the websites of two community service organizations in Australia which target similar client groups. Report on the strengths and weakness of each website in terms of their effectiveness as a community strategy.

A competitor analysis is when a company looks at a competitor's strengths and weaknesses, as well as other important information like what products they sell, what marketing strategies they use, and what threat they may pose to the company. This is important for the company because it can help improve their marketing plan and help them look for a gap in service that they might fill.
For this assignment, as you are to look at community service organizations in Australia, you might look at the list of non-government organizations (NGOs) in Australia (see link below) and select two that have similar clients. For example, you might choose two that are centered around children, or two that are centered around helping those who are living in poverty. Once you've done this, you can look at their websites and look for strengths and weaknesses. Try to answer questions like the following: How clear is the organization's mission? How easy is it to get help if you are the target client? How comprehensive are the programs offered?
