William Henry Harrison was the ninth president of the United States, in office from March to April of 1841. One month after being inaugurated, he died of pneumonia, making his tenure the shortest of any US president. Since he was only in office for one month, I’m going to assume that this question is asking about his lifetime accomplishments, not his presidential accomplishments.
He joined the army at a young age and went on to become a decorated war hero. He fought in battles against Native American tribes over land and negotiated treaties for their tribal land (which, like others, were largely exploitative of Native Americans). From both his war efforts and treaties, he helped expand the country Westward. He became famous for leading troops into victory over Tecumseh during the Battle of Tippecanoe, which led to his campaign slogan, “Tippecanoe and Tyler too.”
