What stories are told about Pinchfield Farm and Frederick?

Pinchfield Farm is one of the farms that borders Animal Farm; its owner is Mr. Frederick.
Mr. Frederick is said to be a tough man who is intelligent and exacting. He is often dealing with lawsuits. Mr. Frederick dislikes the owner of the other farm that borders Animal Farm, Mr. Plinkington of Foxwood, enough that the two can't work together, even when they should.
At times, the animals say that Napoleon is on the verge of a deal with Mr. Frederick. They also say that Snowball is hiding on his farm. When that rumor is established, Squealer tells the others that Snowball and Mr. Frederick are plotting to attack Animal Farm together.
Later, the animals are told that Mr. Frederick beat a horse to death, threw a dog into a furnace, and holds cockfights where there are razors on the rooster's spurs. The anti-human sentiment begins to center on Mr. Frederick at this point. Later, though, Napoleon alters his story and says that Mr. Plinkington, not Mr. Frederick, is the evil human.
