What page is it when Iggy says, "I doubt he even knows his father"?

Providing you with an exact page number is going to be difficult because different editions of the same book will be slightly different in the exact way that the page numbers line up with specific pieces of text. In my edition, the quote in question appears at the very top of page 102, so that should get you close. The quote appears in chapter 11, which is titled "The Damsel of Distress." The quote appears fairly late in the chapter, and comes during a conversation between Iggy and Loretta. Max and Kevin have gone to their apartment on a "quest" to return a purse, and Iggy and Loretta eventually realize that Max is "Killer Kane's" son. They know what happened between Killer Kane and Max's mother, and they assume that Max was too young to remember.
